Light works such as painting and flooring for a 4-room HDB flat typically start in the low thousands, while a full hacking-and-rebuild renovation for a resale flat or landed home runs much higher. Are you a direct renovation contractor or an interior design firm?
Rainbow Plus Services is a direct contractor. Our own supervised crew carries out hacking, ceilings, partitions, tiling, painting and electrical works, so you are not paying an agency margin on top of the trades. If you already have a designer’s drawings, we build to them
Do you handle HDB renovation permits and condo management submissions?
Yes. We prepare and submit HDB renovation permit applications and condo or building management forms, arrange protection works for common areas, and keep works within approved noise hours so your neighbours stay happy.
How long does a renovation take?
A repaint or flooring-only job can be a few days. A partial renovation usually runs two to four weeks, and a full hacking renovation for a resale unit is commonly six to ten weeks. Your quotation includes a week-by-week programme so you can plan your move-in.
Do you take on commercial renovation and reinstatement?
Yes — offices, retail, clinics, schools and F&B outlets. We handle fit-out and end-of-lease reinstatement, and can work nights or weekends so your business keeps trading. Landlord condition reports are our normal working document
